Villa situated among the hills (400 m a.s.l.) that rise from the Mugello valley towards the peaks of the Appennini. Vast view overlooking the valley. Surrounding the accommodation are woodlands, olive groves and meadows, ideal for taking hikes. A terrace and a swimming pool are located in the equipped lawn that surrounds the residence. Accessed by means of an electric gate directly from the road with a private avenue of 200 m. Please note: there is a loggia with barbecue on ground floor and a double bedroom which also acts as a passageway to a1 twin bedded room with high window. A small loggia on 1st floor is accessed from the double bed room and a large terrace is accessed from the twin bedded room. Comfortably furnished with period pieces. Location: 1 km from Ponzalla (food shops) 5 km from the characteristic centre of Scarperia (all kinds of shops, Mugnello's race track, golf course) and 35 km from Florence.
This beautiful and tastefully furnished vacation villa is located in the green hills of Mugello, reaching the peaks of the Apennines, and is set within a beautiful natural plot with equipped meadow and a private pool. The house is surrounded by a meadow, is located about 5 km from the town of Scarperia and from the accommodation you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the valley with forests, olive groves and meadows. Nature and trekking lovers will be spoiled for choice, because in the surrounding area there are countless hiking trails that run along unspoiled natural landscapes. Relax by the pool after a nice excursion in the area, organize a convivial barbecue and end the day with a meal on the beautiful furnished terrace. Access via approx. 200 m private avenue with automatic gate directly from the road. Some further distances and tips: 1 km Ponzalla (grocery stores), Mugello race track and golf course. 5 km, a famous outlet 15 km. We also recommend a trip to Lake Bilancino (about 25 km), which is not only suitable for swimming, but also attracts water sports enthusiasts: here you can enjoy sport fishing, canoeing, sailing and windsurfing. But you can also visit the beautiful Florence (about 35 km) with its world-famous art-historical treasures. Don't forget that this area has a very rich gastronomic tradition and there are many restaurants and trattorias where you can taste local specialties. Arrivals and departures outside the scheduled times must be agreed with the owner at least two weeks before arrival.
